Article 1 — Présentation de la société 

FG Mirror est un service d’abonnement mensuel de nettoyage automobile, basé à Pertuis. Le site internet fgmirror.fr permet aux utilisateurs de souscrire un abonnement, de réserver leurs créneaux de nettoyage en ligne et de gérer leur espace client. 

En accédant au site et/ou en souscrivant un abonnement, l’utilisateur accepte sans réserve les présentes Conditions Générales d’Utilisation (CGU). 

Article 2 — Accès au site 

Le site fgmirror.fr est accessible à tout utilisateur disposant d’un accès internet. FG Mirror se réserve le droit de suspendre, modifier ou interrompre l’accès au site à tout moment, notamment pour des raisons de maintenance, sans que cela ne puisse engager sa responsabilité. 

Article 3 — Inscription et espace client 

Pour souscrire un abonnement, l’utilisateur doit créer un compte personnel sur fgmirror.fr. Il s’engage à fournir des informations exactes, complètes et à jour. L’utilisateur est seul responsable de la confidentialité de ses identifiants de connexion.

Article 5 — Durée d’engagement et résiliation 

  • Particuliers : engagement minimum de 3 mois. 
  • Professionnels : engagement minimum de 3 mois. 
  • Passé la période d’engagement, l’abonnement se renouvelle tacitement chaque mois. 
  • La résiliation doit être effectuée depuis l’espace client ou par email, avec un préavis de 30 jours avant la prochaine échéance de facturation. 
  • Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué pour un mois entamé. 

 

Article 6 — Système de crédits flexibles 

FG Mirror applique un système de crédits cumulables sur 3 mois glissants (contactez fgmirrorcontact@gmail.com ou +33 6 95 55 81 07 sur WhatsApp) 

 

Article 7 — Swap de crédit (offrir un lavage) 

L’abonné peut offrir un crédit de nettoyage à un tiers via fgmirrorcontact@gmail.com ou +33 6 95 55 81 07 sur WhatsApp). 

  • Ce crédit offert n’est ni remboursable ni échangeable. 

 

Article 8 — Réservation de créneaux 

  • Les créneaux sont disponibles du mardi au vendredi, de 9h à 18h. 
  • La réservation s’effectue exclusivement en ligne via fgmirror.fr ou l’application mobile. 
  • Tout créneau non annulé moins de 24h à l’avance sera décompté du solde de crédits de l’abonné. 
  • FG Mirror se réserve le droit de modifier les plages horaires disponibles avec un préavis raisonnable.

Les avantages fidélité sont personnels, non cessibles et sans valeur monétaire. 

Article 10 — Offres promotionnelles et codes promo 

Certaines offres promotionnelles sont disponibles sous conditions : 

  • Offre Fondateur (25 premiers abonnés) : réduction de 10% par mois à vie, sur engagement de 6 mois minimum. 
  • Offre Lancement 26 au 50 èmes (1 juin au 30 juin 2026) : réduction de 10% par mois à vie, sur engagement de 3 & 6 mois. 

Les codes promo ne sont pas cumulables entre eux, sauf mention contraire. FG Mirror se réserve le droit de modifier ou supprimer toute offre promotionnelle à tout moment. 

Article 11 — Paiement 

  • Le paiement est prélevé mensuellement à la date anniversaire de souscription. 
  • Les moyens de paiement acceptés sont précisés lors de la souscription sur fgmirror.fr. 
  • En cas d’échec de prélèvement, FG Mirror se réserve le droit de suspendre l’accès aux services jusqu’à régularisation. 

 

Article 12 — Responsabilités 

FG Mirror s’engage à fournir le service de nettoyage dans les conditions décrites. Toutefois, sa responsabilité ne saurait être engagée en cas de : 

  • Dommages préexistants non signalés avant la prestation. 
  • Force majeure (intempéries, panne, événement imprévisible). 
  • Utilisation incorrecte ou frauduleuse de l’espace client par l’abonné. 

 

L’abonné s’engage à signaler tout dommage constaté avant le démarrage de la prestation. 

Article 13 — Données personnelles 

FG Mirror collecte et traite les données personnelles des utilisateurs dans le respect du Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD). Les données collectées sont utilisées uniquement dans le cadre de la gestion des abonnements, des réservations et de la relation client. L’utilisateur dispose d’un droit d’accès, de rectification et de suppression de ses données en contactant FG Mirror à l’adresse email indiquée sur le site. 

Article 14 — Propriété intellectuelle 

L’ensemble des contenus présents sur fgmirror.fr (logo, textes, visuels, marque FG Mirror) est la propriété exclusive de FG Mirror. Toute reproduction, même partielle, sans autorisation écrite préalable est interdite. 

Article 15 — Modification des CGU 

FG Mirror se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes CGU à tout moment. Les utilisateurs seront informés de toute modification significative par email ou via leur espace client. La poursuite de l’utilisation du service après notification vaut acceptation des nouvelles CGU. 

Article 16 — Droit applicable et litiges 

Les présentes CGU sont soumises au droit français. En cas de litige, une solution amiable sera recherchée en prioritéÀ défaut, les tribunaux compétents du ressort de Pertuis seront seuls compétents.

Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. How Long We Retain Your Data For

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

8. Security Measures

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
